big east game #13 ... louisville 66, #2 syracuse 60 ... the orangemen on the court, the 30,000+ in the stands and me ... we all had one thing in common today ... we didn't want to be here ... this loss was several weeks in the making ... depaul they should have lost, cincinnati they could have lost, uconn they should have lost ... this has the feel of a team playing of late like they're reading their press clippings ... this group has won a ton of games playing solid, active zone defense and working for high percentage shots on offense ... sound, fundamental basketball ... they've gotten away from that ... there's more showboating ... more high risk ... more carelessness ... more turnovers ... this is now a team that needs to refocus quickly ... a loss to georgetown on thursday night would be so much more than 2 losses in a row
